I help women navigate nutrition with simplicity, reconnect with their bodies, and feel amazing through food.

Holistic nutrition looks at the whole picture: how food, sleep, stress, movement, hormones, and daily rhythms work together to shape how you feel.

Functional nutrition is about getting to the root of what’s really happening in your body - using science and bio-data insights to understand why symptoms show up, not just how to manage them.

I blend functional nutrition science and bio-data insights with time-honoured healing traditions like herbal medicine and Ayurveda to create a deeply personalised, integrated path to wellness. No restrictive diets. Just real, joyful, and nutrient-dense eating rooted in your lifestyle.

It’s about tuning in, rebuilding trust, and working with your body - not against it. Together, we create a life where nourishment becomes your new normal.

At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful framework I created called The Nourish3 Method:

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME:

01 | I don’t really stay still

I grew up in the US between Texas and California, started my career in New York City, and have since called Oslo, Singapore, and now London home. Moving countries has taught me that food is the fastest way to understand a culture and to feel grounded anywhere.

02 | My palate was shaped early

With a mom from South Korea and a dad from the American Midwest, our dinner table was Asian fusion one night, classic comfort food the next. That mix sparked my lifelong love of discovering new dishes wherever I land.

03 | Cooking is my favourite form of self-care

Nothing makes me happier than cooking nourishing, delicious meals for my family, friends - and yes, just for me. I also love teaching cooking, from little kids learning to bake to adults rediscovering confidence in the kitchen.

04 | The grocery store is my happy place

You’ll find me wandering the local farmers’ markets, hunting down the best organic gems, and local, seasonal produce genuinely excites me. (Yes, I’m that person.)

05 I was raised for a career in wellness

With everyone in my family working in health care, helping people feel better was everyday dinner table conversation. Add my lifelong love of food, and becoming a Holistic Nutritionist felt less like a decision and more like destiny.

06 | I’m a mum of two, and they’re usually in the kitchen with me

My kids and I cook together often - messy counters and all. I truly believe kids who are exposed to cooking grow up more curious, confident, and open to real, healthy food.

07 | Currently in my plant-witch era

I’m studying herbal medicine and am endlessly fascinated by what plants can do. Food is the foundation but herbs are the intelligent extras. I can’t wait to start making custom remedies for my clients.

08 | Cookbooks are my bedtime reading

Some people unwind with thrillers. I unwind with international cookbooks. Current nightstand stack: Flavours of Hawaii and Asian Cooking for Kids.
