The FOUNDATION ($397) is a one-time essentials deep dive with your personalised roadmap and perfect if you want clarity and direction but don’t need ongoing support.
The MENTORSHIP ($1,297) includes everything from The FOUNDATION plus 8 weeks of coaching, accountability, and hands-on, direct access support to help you actually implement and sustain the changes. Plus key features such as Functional Blood Analysis, One Week Food & Blood Glucose Audit, a One Week Meal Plan, a Healthy Grocery Tour, and The Nourished Bible - your go to resource for tips on meal planning, grocery shopping, kitchen essentials, etc.

Yes. If you love our first session and want to continue with the full 8-week MENTORSHIP, you’ll have the option to upgrade and only pay the difference.

You’ll receive a personalised 1 day meal plan as part of The FOUNDATION and a 7 day meal plan as part of The MENTORSHIP, which are all meant as inspiration aligned with your needs, not rigid plans. My goal is to help you eat intuitively and confidently, not follow strict rules.

Yes. While our work together goes deeper than just the number on the scale, many clients do experience sustainable weight loss as a natural outcome of improved digestion, balanced hormones, better sleep, and personalised nutrition. If weight is part of your goal, we’ll approach it in a way that supports your whole-body wellness, without extremes or short-term fixes.

No. For The FOUNDATION, recent lab work is optional but will be reviewed if you already have it.
A detailed functional blood analysis and report is offered as part of The MENTORSHIP. If you don’t have recent blood lab work, I can guide you on exactly what markers to request from your GP. Most clients are able to get this done in the first few weeks of the 8-week program. Lab work is strongly encouraged for those joining the full mentorship.
